We've taken the kids roller skating before, but this is the first time that Carolyn has really let loose and enjoyed it. The last couple of times, she's been too nervous about falling to let go and try to learn how to skate. (This hasn't been a problem with ice skating, though, go figure!) This time, though, at our neighbor's birthday party, she LOVED it! She was brave and let go of the death grip on Daddy's hand and had a blast. She fell several times and laughed and got right back up. Christian and Coleman were both very encouraging and cheered her on. She even got to where she would go out on the floor by herself!
