Seriously, how cute is this baby!?!  This picture is from February, 2004 and Carolyn was about 9 months old.  For Valentine's Day, my mother-in-law sent her this soft baby doll.  She LOVED it! And I loved it, too...because it has brown hair!  There are almost NEVER baby dolls with brown hair.  They are always blond haired and blue-eyed, especially the soft baby toy ones.  The outfit she is wearing is one that Meme saved from when I was a baby.  In honor of the brown haired baby doll ponytails, we put Carolyn's hair in ponytails for the first time!  (Have you EVER seen that much hair on a baby?)
