Bloggy Giveaway!

**UPDATE** Congratulations to Mama Zen!

Shannon over at Rocks in My Dryer is hosting a Bloggy Giveaway Carnival and I couldn't pass up the opportunity to participate. I am giving away a new copy of The Mysterious Benedict Society by Trenton Lee Stewart. (Which, coincidentally, I first read about on Shannon's blog.)

"Are you a gifted child looking for special opportunities?"

Dozens of children respond to this peculiar ad in the newspaper and are then put through a series of mind-bending tests, which readers take along with them. Only four children-Reynie, Kate, Sticky, and Constance-succeed. Their challenge: to go on a secret mission that only the most intelligent and inventive children could complete. To accomplish it they will have to go undercover at the Learning Institute for the Very Enlightened, where the only rule is that there are no rules. But what they'll find in the hidden labyrinth of the school's underground tunnels is more than your average school supplies. First-time children's novelist Trenton Lee Stewart takes readers on an adventure that puts friends, family, and foe to the test. Are you up to the challenge?
This is the book I gave my 11 year-old son for Christmas and he and I both loved it! Due to lack of oversight on my part (and three ankle biters at my feet) I accidently ordered two copies from Amazon. My loss is your gain! Leave a comment below (one per person, please!) and on Friday, I will pick the lucky winner using this random number generator. Residents of US and Canada only, please! Now head on over to see all of the other free giveaways this week!

We homeschool and I am always looking for a great book to read out loud to my kids during the summer. I am already intrigued by your description and would love to win this for my kids.
