Carolyn just started cheering through the Upward program at our church. When we went to the signups I told her that she could always play basketball instead. She looked at me like I was crazy and said, "I don't want to play BASKETBALL! I want to be a CHEERLEADER!" (I mean really... where does Mom get these crazy ideas?)
So they had their first official practice today.
Oh.my.word. So STINKIN' CUTE.
And her instructor says she has a real aptitude for it and couldn't believe she hadn't cheered before. (Funny, we never heard that from her soccer coach!)
Whatever. She's having fun!
