Happy St. Patrick's Day!
Did you know that Krispy Kreme has shamrock donuts for St. Patrick's Day?
And that the icing turns your teeth green?
Nothing makes you think Ireland like green cupcakes for school
and funny shirts.
And keeping with our Irish heritage (on both sides) we had Reuben's for supper tonight with potato salad and potato chips. Which is the only way my family would eat corned beef and cabbage (sauerkraut!)

I love Carolyn's bow! I am lucky (heh heh) because my mom always makes us Corned Beef, Cabbage and Potatoes for St Patricks Day. Yummo!
I have always gone out. However today at work we had our St. Patty's Day lunch (I know late, the only day we could be together) my aide made corned beef that was easy and AMAZING!!
Our shamrock plants look good, don't they! MOM
