The Chocolate Express has become a must stop every weekend we are in Blue Ridge. The kids try something new almost every time (Coleman is working his way through the rock candy flavors since he is not a chocolate lover) and Jim usually gets ice cream. I always get the same thing because it is SO GOOD... a dark chocolate covered homemade marshmallow. Mmmmmmm!(How could you not like a store whose motto is "Money talks, but chocolate sings!")?

This actually reminds me...you are the perfect person to put on the case! I got some concoction at a bake sale today....bottom layer tasted like a crispy macaroon, top layer was chocolate chip cookie on one 1/2, brownie and the other half. I gotta have a recipe for the crispy macaroonish bottom layer! help!
