I just realized I never posted about our day at Disneyland! We arrived before the park opened. Thanks Ms. Kim for the awesome sweatshirts!
We went straight to California Adventure; Toy Story Mania was one of my favorite rides from last year and definitely Christian's favorite this time! The line gets very long, so we started here.
Afterwards, the boys all rode Screamin' California. Carolyn wasn't tall enough for this ride, so we found another adventure! Rock climbing, anyone?
We followed it with Soarin' Over California, another one of my favorites and Jim's favorite this time. We left California Adventure fully intending to return later in the day; unfortunately we ran out of time!
Even though we were only had one day, we did almost everything on our list. The kids (and Jim and I!) all had such a good time. The kids were really the perfect age-old enough to do everything, but not too old for the "magic"! (Although certain members of our party could have skipped the 45 minute line to see the princesses!)
That's Ariel, by the way, in case you didn't recognize her without her flippers. This picture is funny to me in so many ways- look at Christian! Coleman was happy to be next to a "hottie" and Carolyn was a little bashful!
Yes, he is aiming at me. Brat!
It's A Small World (still decorated for Christmas inside!)
Waiting in line for Thunder Mountain Railroad
I LOVE YOU, Daddy!
Sleeping Beauty's Castle all lit up
Meant to go back and do this before dark... bummer!
We were having so much fun, I really didn't take many pictures. We closed the park down and then the kids spent their souvenir money on Main Street on the way out.
We had such fun!

love it! this brings back great memories :)
Love the picture of the "C" and I think it's cooler at night, everybody has the day shot.
The "C" picture is awesome!!! Looks like so much fun! I remember nothing of my Disneyland adventure--granted that was almost 30 years ago.
I love the picture of the kids on the C. I'm sure you knew Disney was planning on doing this when you named your kids too.
I'm glad you all had a great time. I wish you weren't exposed to the flu or we could have seen you :-(
