Sunday, Rainy Sunday

It was a rainy Sunday here. I thought we would go downtown to see the Leonardo da Vinci exhibit at the High Museum, but silly me! There was football on! The playoffs! The Cowboys!

So we didn't go. I did, however COOK. ALL. DAY. To cello accompaniment. (I know, lucky me!)

Carolyn made her first loaf of bread today. (All by herself, she wanted me to add!)

I made red beans and rice for supper. It was the perfect day for it. (Unless your name is Carolyn.)

I also tried a new cookie recipe from my Martha Stewart Cookies book. It was a big hit... for everyone but Coleman, course. (He must have been switched at birth... the child doesn't like chocolate.)

I couldn't find my camera and I was too lazy to go look for it.
We have a busy week ahead. I'm SO glad we are all off tomorrow.

this looks like a very successful day (more successful than the Cowboys, though I took a nap and was more successful than them...)

Looks yummy!! I love when you post dinner pictures and recipes. I'm not sure Mr. KFuj will eat this meal, but it's great for a Stampin' Up day.
