When I was 15 or 16, we drove from southern Alabama to northern Utah for only a couple days visit at Christmastime. Then turned around drove back. I think my parents were crazy-exhausted after that trip. We didn't have gameboys or DVD's back then --in the olden days ;-)

I'm glad to see that everyone survived the road trip... without serious bodily injure, I presume ;)
