In honor of Columbus Day, Carolyn and Coleman made boats to float down the creek. (Yes, that is a Spanish flag on the Santa Maria and no, Carolyn still can't spell.) I love Columbus in his red shoes!
They couldn't wait to launch their boats!
I won't bore you will all of the video we took, but here is one for my mom! :D
We had a nice weekend at the cabin. I wish all weekends were three days long!

so as the mother of elementary/middle schoolers, do we still believe CC discovered America? Inquiring minds need to know ;)
Hmmm, I'll have to check the textbooks to see what the PC version is this year. I mean, since we aren't in Texas and all cutting edge! :D
