We got about six inches of snow (and ice) overnight and school was canceled today.
For the first time since we've lived here the superintendent canceled school the night before instead of waiting until the morning.
We stayed up late playing a board game and slept in this morning.
And then we hit the snow! We left our sleds in Blue Ridge after the last snow (so sad!) but luckily there were enough to go around.
The hill in front of our house was THE place to be!

how fun! Chris was totally wanting to go play like a kid in the snow... well.... when doesn't he want to play like a kid....
