The cross country time trials were this morning. (Why do sports have to start so EARLY?)

Christian started out well and ran his first mile right at 7 minutes but his knees were really bothering him.
He was very disappointed in his final time. His knees are really becoming a problem. But I was very proud of him for pushing through the pain and finishing.
