Every year before school starts, I buy a ton of bread, peanut butter and jelly and the kids make pb&js to put in the freezer.
They don't take them every day, but they are a nice back up for when you are in a hurry and need to throw some lunch in a lunchbox.

Ready for the freezer! We made about 80 sandwiches this year. Hopefully, they will last until Christmas break.
