Friday was Colonial Day at school.
(the photo bomber strikes again!)
Carolyn wore her Anne of Green Gables dress and Betsy Ross mob cap and since it was cold out, added a King Arthur cape. But it all worked!
The fourth graders have been learning about the beginning of our country and today was a hands-on learning experience!
They made spoon dolls and hornbooks
and orange pomanders
and punched tin.
As you can imagine, Carolyn had a wonderful day!
