Merry LaxMas is one of our favorite tournaments every year. This year we rocked purple tutus and Christmas baseball tees. (But none of us could compete with Brandon in his Christmas suit!)
We have started giving a sportsmanship award each game to one player on the opposing team. The kids decide as a group who deserves the award and then present it to the winner after the game. The other team is always shocked and LOVES it! And what a nice way to end a game-win or lose!
After our three (tough) games on Saturday, pancakes were in order! (Four of my favorite kids!)
Sunday called for an early departure time!
It was still dark (and raining) when we arrived at the field.
We pulled out a nice win in the rain!
