So both of the boys are playing winter indoor lacrosse. It's very laid back-no coaches, no practice during the week and just show up at game time on Saturday to play. Unfortunately, Coleman's age group didn't have enought kids to field two teams, so they do half an hour of instruction and then a half hour scrimmage with however many boys they have and usually, no goalie.
Today, however, because of the holidays, only 4 boys showed up. So Christian dressed out with them so they would have an extra body and then the kids played the dads.
The BRAUN BOYS ROCKED!
Christian scored 5 goals (plus one this morning at his game!) Coleman scored 3 goals (and, I might add, he is the tiniest, mightiest on the field!) And even ol' Jim scored 4 goals! (Of course, he's not sure he will be able to walk tomorrow!) I was a cheering section of one...Carolyn was too busy hogging the water fountain.
Of course, I didn't bring my camera today, darn it.
