We made someone very happy today-we took Miss Kim to lunch at Chili's and to see Kitt Kittredge: An American Girl!
Kelly and Carolyn were very excited, too. Christian managed to get a free lunch and a trip home BEFORE the movie...he's way to cool to sit through a movie about A GIRL.
Carolyn was so excited she couldn't keep her feet from skipping! Bless her heart, she always has to sit through movies like Star Wars and Indiana Jones...I'm not surprised that she was so excited!
Please note the bag of popcorn as big as her head (and not the un-ladylike pose!)
Cost of two matinee tickets: $13
Cost of a "small" diet coke and a "small" popcorn: $8.75
On second thought, I'm glad Christian was too cool for the movie...at least it saved me eleven bucks!

Hey - I saw Jim and the kids today at the Silverbacks facility. John takes a class there on Saturday mornings.
