Day 24

Today I am thankful for Campbell's Cream of Chicken and Cream of Mushroom soup!
So many of my "go to" meals require one or both of these soups.  (the "creamos," as my friend, Kristen calls them!) 

Here is one of my favorite easy meals (We had it for dinner tonight!)

Mexican Chicken
3-4 chicken breasts (cooked and shredded)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup chicken broth
1 can Rotel
1-2 cups cheese (Velveeta or shredded cheddar)
1 medium onion, chopped
Doritos
 
Crunch up Doritos and layer on bottom of 9X13 pan.  Mix all ingredients and pour over Doritos.  Sprinkle additional cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees for approx. 30 minutes.  Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.

Question, can I use two cream of chicken soups?? We don't like mushrooms,

I love cream of chicken. Not a fan of cream of mushroom (I usually replace it with cream of celery)
