Night Under the Stars

Last Thursday was our elementary school's annual school picnic called Night Under the Stars. It is an opportunity for parents and kids to get to know their classmates and their parents. Each room mom makes a banner and sets up a class area under a tent. The PTA hires a DJ, there is food and ice cream for sale and also a bookfair. It is a fun, laid back time!
