Pan Fried Bread with Pears, Blue Cheese and Maple Syrup

This recipe is from a cookbook I bought for the cabin, Campfire Cuisine: Gourmet Recipes for the Great Outdoors.  All of the recipes are for cooking over the campfire, but there are also instructions for "inside" cooking.  This recipe is so simple and so yummy!
