I attended my first ever wrestling match today. Christian and Coleman both decided to try wrestling this season.
Christian earned the starter spot at his weight class on varsity.
So, after only 10 days of practice, he wrestled in his first match today!
We had no idea what to expect, and just hoped he didn't get killed, lol.
He went a respectable 2-3.
He also got his nose bloodied and has bruised ribs. But he loved it!
