Two pillowcases from Goodwill ($3.26 total)
and 30 minutes on a Sunday afternoon
equals one VERY cute skirt for one VERY cute little girl.
Although I'm not sure she should be wearing skirts since you could play connect the dots with the bruises on her legs!
There is enough fabric left for a matching top, but that may have to be a summer project.
