LSU vs. UNC

The kids were so excited to go to another LSU game (and it was so nice that it was right here in Atlanta!)  After tailgating, we walked over to the Fan Zone.  

There were all kinds of fun activities, including face painting

and games 

and inflatables

and best of all THE TIGER WALK!  

Although we couldn't see the players from where we were, we had front row seats for Mike

 and the cheerleaders

during the pep rally!

We also saw Bert Jones

Then we headed into the stadium to watch the teams warm up.

And of course to see the pregame show!  I LOVE the Golden Band from Tigerland!

Touchdown!

After the game was over, we headed back to the car.  Somehow we ended up on the wrong side of our parking lot.  There was a very tall, iron fence between us and our car.  So we lined up with the rest of the illegal aliens fans 

and waited our turn to climb through a VERY small hole!

It was a LONG day and we didn't get home until 1:30 AM.  But we all had such a wonderful time!  And the Tigers won, breaking our "curse" of them losing every time our family has been at the game!
