Count Blessings, Not Calories

Day 1-Atlanta to Baton Rouge
Breakfast-We started our trip on the right foot with coffee coolattas and donuts at Dunkin' Donuts on the way out of Atlanta
Lunch-All we could eat at the Southern buffet at The Stage Coach Cafe, Stockton, AL (complete with a church lady playing hymns on a piano while we ate)
Dinner-alligator sausage poboys at The Chimes, Baton Rouge, LA 

Day 2-Baton Rouge to New Orleans
Breakfast-beignets at Coffee Call, Baton Rouge
Lunch-seafood and burgers at Walk Ons, Baton Rouge
Late Dinner-Ham Poboys at Mothers, New Orleans
Bedtime pb&js and hot chocolate at Le Pavillon 

Day 3 New Orleans
Breakfast-Omelets at Camellia Grill
Snack-Snoballs at the French Market
Dinner-Seafood platters at Mulates
Dessert-Beignets at Cafe du Monde
Bedtime pb&js and hot chocolate at Le Pavillon

Day 4 New Orleans to Gulf Shores, AL
Breakfast-Bananas Foster french toast at Stanley
Snack-Ponchatoula Strawberry and Balsamic Vinegar gelato at La Divina

Late Lunch-Burgers at Ugly Dog Saloon on the way out of town
Dinner-Fish tacos at The Hangout, Gulf Shores, AL

Day 5 Gulf Shores, AL
breakfast-pancakes at Island Pancake House
lunch-seafood at The Shrimp Basket
snack on the way out of town-Snoballs at New Orleans Snoball
